½ cup softened butter or margarine
1 cup powered sugar
8oz softened cream cheese

Mixture #2
3½ cups milk
1 large package instant vanilla pudding (chocolate is good too)
12oz Cool Whip

1lb package Oreo cookies - crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add cream cheese and mix well. Set aside.

Mix milk and pudding. When pudding thickens, fold in Cool Whip. Add to first mixture.

Layer in 8 inch flower pot: Oreos/pudding/Oreos/pudding. Top with Oreos. Put in refrigerator overnight. Decorate with artificial flowers according to occasion.
