2 cups milk

2 eggs

2 cups Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

2 - 21 oz. cans fruit pie filling

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Preheat over 350º - Oil 9x13 baking dish

Stir milk & eggs together in a mixing bowl

Add Pioneer Biscuit & Baking Mix and sugar - beat until well blended

Pour mixture into prepared dish, spreading evenly

Pour melted butter evenly over batter

Combine pie filling & orange peel - spoon over batter evenly

Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg

Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown
