1 large salmon, peel off skin
2 yellow onions, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2- 28oz cans green chili salsa
1- 28 oz can diced peeled tomatoes
Tabasco sauce to taste
Fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in an aluminum roaster. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, Layer on top the sliced onions, pour on the green chili salsa, and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and add a generous shaking of tabasco sauce. Cover with heavy duty foil and bake at 325º for one hour.
