3 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoon buttermilk
3/4 c. mini-semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Add sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
Add margarine. Stir in flour and baking soda. Mix in buttermilk. Mix in mini-chocolate chips.
Fill paper lined muffin tins half full with batter. Bake 20 minutes.
