Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ lbs. (680 g) asparagus spears
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic

2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp. each salt and pepper
¼ cup crumbled light feta cheese or freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450ºF. Snap tough ends off asparagus.
Spray a small baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Mix asparagus around a bit to make sure they're well coated with oil and garlic (use your hand for this...it's the easiest way).
Roast for about 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus. Be careful not to overcook them. Soggy asparagus are not fun and no yum!
Arrange cooked asparagus on a serving plate. Sprinkle with vinegar, salt and pepper. Top with crumbled feta and serve immediately.
