2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 Tbsp oil
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix flour, soda, spices and salt.
Whisk 3/4 c. sugar, molasses, oil and whites until blended.
Stir in flour mixture.
Roll dough into 36 balls and roll in remaining sugar.
Bake 12 mins.
