16 oz sour cream
6-8 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
1 small can water chestnuts chopped fine
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup mix (dry)
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
mild cheddar cheese grated on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Spread in oven proof dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 350°F for about 30 minutes or till heated through.
