2 tablespoon of flax seeds
* 7 tablespoon of water
* 600g. zucchini
* 1/2 onion
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 7 tablespoons of oats
* 7 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flax seeds and water and set aside. Wash and shred the zucchini and drain all water. Mix with chopped garlic, onions, oats, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour in the flax seeds and mix well. Let it rest for 10-15 mins in the fridge. Form the dough into small fritters shape with your hands. Cook on a pan in rapeseed oil 4-5 mins on each side until crispy and golden.
