-2 cups (360g) cooked chickpeas
-1 onion
-2 cloves garlic
-a bunch of parsley
-1 medium zucchini, shredded
-7 Tbsp (chickpea) flour
-1 Tsp each salt, ground coriander and cumin
-squeeze of lemon
-oil for frying
Dip:
-4 Tbsp vegan yogurt
-1 Tbsp tahini
-salt to taste
-1/2 Tsp each garlic powder and Chili flakes
-squeeze of lemon

PULSE chickpeas, onion, garlic and parsley/COMBINE with the remaining ingredients and SHAPE into falafel/FRY until golden brown or BAKE at 200C/400F for 25mins/MAKE the dip
