1/2 large onion
4-5 cloves garlic
1 cup walnuts
2 cans of lentils
300g mushrooms
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp taco seasoning
Handful of chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté your diced onion until translucent then add in the garlic & mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.

🍅 Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix well.

🍋 Once everything is heated though and combined add in a handful of chopped cilantro & fresh lime!

🥣 Serve with tacos, burritos, burrito bows & more!
