1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1. To begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
3. In a stand mixer, cream together the brown sugar, butter, and sugar.
4. Add in the vanilla and eggs, mixing until fluffy and light.
5. Add the baking soda, flour, salt, and cinnamon to the butter mixture, mixing until fully
combined.
6. Then, add in the pecans, oats, chocolate chips, and coconut, mixing until well combined. Place the scooped dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool before serving.
