3 jalapeño peppers seeded, chopped
3 small onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 15 oz. cans black beans
3 15 oz. cans red beans
3 15 oz. cans pinto beans
3 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 1/2 lbs. 61-70 count shrimp
6 T. olive oil
3 T. Old Bay Seasoning
3 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot, add olive oil, pepper, onion and garlic. Sauté for several minutes.

Add all other ingredients except shrimp. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 10 minutes).

If desired serve with grated cheese, sour cream and/or oyster crackers.
