1 head lettuce
1/2 head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled



Dressing:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 T. chopped red onion

Mix and chill dressing at least 2 hours. Fold dressing in right before serving.

Tequilaberry is a restaurant in the cities. They are famous for this salad. I think the recipe makes too much dressing, so I increase the amount of lettuce and cauliflower.
