"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the Canadian version of egg nog, and it's perfect to serve to a big crowd during the holidays.
I made Moose Milk one year for the Prairie Winds Staff Christmas Party, and it quickly became a tradition. The first party after I retired, I actually heard from two staff members who didn't say anything about missing me, but they did say that the party wasn't the same without Moose Milk.
