2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

For the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9" x 13" pan.

In a large mixing bowl, knead together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup. Worcestershire sauce, and spices.

Shape the meatloaf in to a loaf and place it in the pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Whisk the ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce together. Brush it over the hot meatloaf.

Increase the oven temperature to 400º and bake an additional 15 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160º F.
