3 chicken thighs with skin, raw
3 chicken legs with skin, raw
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 T. black pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. cumin
1 T. paprika
1 T. salt
1 T. olive oil
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the chicken in the buttermilk in the fridge for 2 hours. Add the seasoning to the flour with oil and mix well. Dredge the chicken into the flour mix, then in buttermilk and back into the flour. Repeat until all the chicken is coated. Place the chicken into the Fry Basket. Repeat until all the chicken is coated. Place the Fry Basket into the AirFryer. Press the M Button. Scroll to the Chicken Icon. Cook for 20 minutes at 350º. Turn the chicken every 5 minutes. Serve when chicken is cooked to desired crispness.
