1 ¼ lb. ground round
1 package Hot Taco Seasoning
1 8oz. cream cheese (soft)
1 15 oz. can Frijole Black Beans
1 10 oz. can Spicy Rotel
2 Cups Mexican Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat. As the meat starts browning, add a packet of Taco Seasoning and stir throughout the meat.
As meat cooks, they drain a can of Frijoles and set them aside in a bowl. Next, add softened cream cheese to a bowl of frijoles and gently mix together. Avoid crushing the beans.
Once beans and cheese are evenly mixed, spread over the bottom of 9 in cast iron skillet.
Drain meat and spread over the cheese bean layer. Drain can of Rotel and layer on top of the meat. Top Rotel with 2 cups of shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 375º for at least a30 minutes. serve with chips.
