4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb mozzerella
1 lb ziti
Sauce from regular gravy
1 lb crumbled ground meat (browned plain without seasoning)
1 thinly sliced eggplant cooked


Directions:
Directions:
Make regular gravy with meatballs.

Eggplant: Saute in fry pan with water or cookie sheet spray with Pam
Bake 350 for 15 min.
No peeling, No ricotta.
Boil ziti, dump ziti, Back in pot.
Stir together gravy, ziti, crumbled meat.

Layer: sauce, ziti, eggplant, moz, hard boil egg.
Get 2-3 layers. End with cheese and sauce on top.
350 til bubbles. Cook 25 min.
