3-4 egg yolks
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
2-3 cups milk
1heaping tablespoon of flour
I heaping tablespoon of cocoa powder
A small pat of butter

Meringue
3-4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake pie shell for approximately 5 minutes, set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together egg yolks, milk, sugar, flour, cocoa, and butter. Place in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Take out and whisk. Microwave in 1-minute intervals and whisk until thickened. Pour into prevailed pie shell and set aside. With an electric mixer, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, add cream of tartar and sugar, and whip till stiff peaks form. Spread egg white mixture over pie and place in 350° oven for 5 minutes, until meringue is tanned. Cool at room temperature and serve.
