2 cups Great Northern Beans, cooked and drained
1 cup thinly sliced celery
½ t pepper, divided
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup of oil
3 T cider vinegar
2 T chopped chives
1 t salt
1 t sugar
½ t dry mustard
Salad Greens:
4 oz. swiss cheese, julienned
4 oz. cheddar cheese, julienned
4 oz. fully cooked ham, julienned
4 oz. cooked chicken, julienned
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine beans, celery, ¼ t pepper. Combine milk, oil vinegar, sugar, chives, salt, mustard, and remaining pepper. Pour over beans and stir until coated. Chill. Just before serving tuck salad greens around the edges of the bowl. Arrange cheeses, ham, and chicken on top. Garnish with egg slices. 8 Servings
