2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 t. vanilla
6 c. flour
4 t. cream of tartar
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream sugar, shortening and butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and blend well. Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes.
