1 lb. Sauerkraut
2 T thousand island dressing
8 slices of dark rye bread
1 lb Corned Beef ( or your choice)
4 slices of Swiss Cheese
softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
*Thousand Island Dressing Recipe in Dressing & Sauce Section.
Drain, but do not rinse, sauerkraut, and combine with thousand island dressing. Top four slices of bread with sauerkraut mixture followed by 4 oz of corned beef and one slice of Swiss Cheese. Close with a second slice of bread. Spread top and bottom of sandwich with butter. Grill on both sides until warmed through and cheese melts. Serve hot! Makes 4 sandwiches.
