3 tbsp Butter
1 or 2 Vidalia onions - sliced

1 or 2 boxes Mrs T’s Perogies (any flavor)
1 cup Sauerkraut
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Milk
sour cream for serving if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and reduce the heat. Then add in your favorite Perogies. Once the perogies have floated to the top of the pot, remove from the heat strain and set aside.
Meanwhile in an extra large skillet oven 1 tbsp of butter and the diced onion, fry for one minute before adding in the sliced kielbasa.
Saute on medium heat till the onions are translucent and the kielbasa has browned nicely.
Then add in your Sauerkraut, dijon mustard and milk. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes then remove and set aside.
In that same now empty skillet add 2 tbsp of butter and the cook perogies. Saute on medium heat for 3- 5 minutes, allowing the pregoies to brown a bit. Now add the kielbasa/onion/sauerkraut mixture back to the skillet of pierogies. Saute together for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
