1 package bacon
1 Teaspoon oil
3/4 cup chopped pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 Tubes of Buttermilk biscuits
1/2 margarine or butter melted
1/2 shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain; crumble and set aside. Place oil in skillet; heat over med high until oil is warm. Add pepper and onion, sauté until tender, cut biscuits in fourths and place in large mixing bowl. Add sautéed vegetables, crisp bacon, margarine/butter, and cheese. toss until thoroughly mixed. Place in a10" tube pan coated with spray.

Bake in 350 degrees for 30 minutes

immediately invert onto large serving plate
