½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
2 large chicken breasts, boned and skinned, cut into strips2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil



Sauce
3 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. mushrooms
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ c. dry white wine or chicken broth
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
To make the Chicken: Combine flour and spices. Dredge the chicken in this mixture.
Heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken until brown. Set aside.

To make the sauce: In the same pan melt the butter and sauce the onions until transparent. Add the garlic for 30 seconds and then add the mushrooms. Cook until golden, about 4 minutes.

Add mustard and paprika. Deglaze the pan with the wine (or stock).

Add the flour. Then add the broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the sauce thickens. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in the sour cream. Keep stirring until the sauce is smooth.

Add the chicken and let heat through.
