Ingredients:  
1 Tbsp instant yeast
2 cups flour. (bread flour is best)
Mix those ingredients together.

Beat together in a large bowl:
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 c quite warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add 1 tsp salt, flour mixture, and yeast mixture and blend well. (I use a hand mixer)
2. Mix in enough of remaining flour to make a soft dough.
3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes,
4. Punch down and let rise 15 minutes more.
5. Punch down and form into buns.
6. Let rise 1 hour on greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
