¾ cup chili sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. grated onion
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Salt

Combine ingredients adding salt to taste.

Chill. Serve with seafood.

Shrimp Cocktail always made an appearance at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Along with stuffed celery, it was meant to tide us over until the main meal. With everyone doing quality assurance testing, the platter was never quite as full by the time it made it to the table.
