1⅓ cups water
1⅓ cups Minute Rice
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
⅓ cup chopped onion, sautéed
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of the water to boiling. Add rice, stir; remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cook egg in butter in a 10" skillet until set (scrambled).

Add onion and rice: cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Mix ⅓ cup water and soy sauce; stir into rice.
