1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus lemon slices for garnish (optional)
1 cup superfine sugar
¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice, plus orange slices for garnish
½ cup Grand Marnier
½ cup Triple Sec
½ cup Cognac
2 (750 ml) bottles dry Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Lime slices, for garnish (optional)
A bag of frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, sugar, orange juice, Grand Marnier, Triple Sec, and Cognac in a nonreactive bowl and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.

Transfer to a decorative bowl or pitcher, add Champagne, and stir to combine. Add frozen strawberries.

Garnish with citrus slices and fresh strawberries if desired. Serve in Champagne flutes, wine glasses or punch cups.

Note: Garnish with the fruit right before serving.

I have combined everything in jugs but the champagne and frozen strawberries ahead of time and kept it refrigerated until just before serving. Then poured the mixture into a punch bowl and added the champagne and strawberries. It disappears quickly so it helps to have several batches lined up to use.

It is a great punch for holiday gatherings as well as summer parties.
