1 lb. brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
¼ c. oil, olive or vegetable
2 to 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
4 slices bacon, cut into ½" pieces
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Place sprouts in a baking dish that is large enough that they'll fit in a single layer. Drizzle with oil and maple syrup. Add bacon and toss. Season and toss again.

Roast 45 minutes or until bacon is crispy and sprouts are tender.
