1 (24 oz.) jar marinara sauce
½-¾ cups water
2 eggs beaten
1 (16 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Spray a 13"x9" baking pan with non-stick baking spray.

Combine marinara sauce and water, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl combine eggs, ricotta cheese, salt, spinach and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix well and set aside.

Spread ½ cup marinara sauce in bottom of the pan.
Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread with ½ spinach mixture.
Place ½ mozzarella slices on top.
Top evenly with ½ of remaining marinara sauce.

Place another layer of noodles.
Spread remaining spinach mixture on top.
Top with remaining mozzarella slices.
Pour remaining marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
