10 crabs, cooked, cleaned and roughly chopped
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 potatoes, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 potatoes, cubed
2 (1 lb. 12 oz.) cans tomatoes and juice
2 (1 lb. 1 oz.) cans corn
2 (15.5 oz.) cans green beans
Salt
Red pepper
Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put crabs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and add all ingredients except Tabasco sauce. Simmer for ½ hour. Check seasonings and then add Tabasco sauce for a hotter taste.

Skim any foam that may have formed.

When Mom and Dad held neighborhood crab feasts she would always make crab soup with the leftovers. We would help pick the crabs and pull the legs off to go into the soup for flavor and extra crab picking fun.
