Directions: |
Directions:Melt margarine in a frying pan and add onions and celery. Cook until limp.
In a large bowl add remaining ingredients. Add the celery, onions, and margarine from frying pan. Mix thoroughly.
Stuff chicken or turkey. |

Notes: "Mom always made chestnut stuffing for Thanksgiving. She would roast the chestnuts in the oven and then we would sit in front of the TV and help her shell them.
