1 lb. link sausage, cooked, save 4 links, dice the rest
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
¼ lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
½ lb. green noodles, cooked
1 lb. bacon cooked and diced
1 lb. mushrooms (medium size)
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. tarragon
½ tsp. dill
½ tsp. marjoram
½ tsp. beau monde

Directions:

In a casserole dish, mix all ingredients except whole sausage links and half the cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place the sausage links evenly around the casserole.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Mom got this recipe from Mary and Clyde Henson. The "Nanna" in the title for this recipe was Dottie Gerber a friend of the Henson's. It is a great brunch casserole.
