8 to 10 saltines, crushed
1 egg
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Dash Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. celery seed
Parsley to taste
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash pepper
1 lb. back fin crab meat

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, except crab meat, in a bowl.

Add crab meat.

Form into 6 crab cakes and fry in butter until well browned on each side.
