1 gal. ripe peaches, sliced with pits
5 lb. white sugar
5 lb. brown sugar
1 cake yeast
2 gal. warm water
½ (15 oz.) box raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Bring peaches to a boil, then cool.

Dissolve sugars and yeast in warm water. Add peaches and raisins.

Put in crock type jar and stir every day for 21 days.

Strain and bottle.

Cheese cloth may be used for straining.
