2 medium-size steaks (Venison or Beef)
1 can Mushroom soup
1 medium onion
3 cups hot water
1 envelope Onion SOUP Mix
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steaks on both sides. Cut into small pieces. Roll steak pieces in flour. Pour enough cooking oil into a skillet to brown meat on both sides. Remove meat and set aside. In the same skillet, add 2 cups water, salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, and onion soup mix. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Place meat in a deep baking dish. Pour onion SOUP mixture over the meat. Add mushroom soup and the other CUP of water. Slice onion and place the slices on top. Cover the dish with foil and bake 325 for 1 hour. (Can be served with white or yellow rice.)
