1 lb. round steak
2 T. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can Cream of Chicken SOUP
1 c. sour cream
1 can Beef Broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Roll pieces of beef in flour mixture, coating well. Brown beef well on both sides in salad oil. Add onion. Cook over low heat Until tender. Add a Cream of Chicken SOUP and broth. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Add if needed. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over or Mith noodles. Yield: 8 servings.
