2 lbs. ground beef
1 (doz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 (8 oz) pkg. noodles, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. pimento
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 can •water chestnuts, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Combine celery, onion, pepper, pimento, and water chestnuts; saute. Add mushrooms, soup, soy sauce, cooked noodles, sour cream, and almonds to the ground beef mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serves from 10 to 14 people.
