Brown 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck and season with the favorite season (Chili or etc.). Drain off excess fat. Put in Pyrex dish. Spread 1 can of pinto beans over meat. Spread 1 can of tomatoes over beans. Mix pkg. of Mexican Cornbread according to directions on pkg. Spread over tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees Until cornbread is brown. Serve with a salad and YOU have a complete meal.
