1- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1- small pkg. Instant Pistachio Pudding (sugar-free or fat-free)
1- c. chopped pecans or walnuts
12 to 16 oz. Non-dairy Whipped Topping, thawed (fat-free)
1 or 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix pineapple and juice. Gently with the dry pudding mix. Let stand for about 3 minutes. Add nuts( and any coconut or cherries) if you desire and fold them into the mixture. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Should serve 12 or more.
Can add some shredded coconut about 3/4 c. and some cherries if you desire.
