1-⅓ cups sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup milk
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups quick oats
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened coconut
¾ cup dried cerries
½ cup chopped toasted pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line 8 inch pan with foil and grease.
2. In saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa, milk and butter over med-low heat until sugar is dissolved, bring to boil.
3. Stir in rolled oats and salt. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, coconut, cherries and nuts. Press into pan. Cover and refrigerate and 1 hour. Cut into bars.
