6 cups chopped apricots
3Tbsp lemon juice
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 box Certo light

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 cup of sugar with the Certo. Stir into fruit. Bring to boil. Add remaining sugar, bring to boil, boil one minute. Take off heat, let sit a couple minutes, pour into clean jars. Seal with sterile lids.
