Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups peanuts, raw
2 T. butter
2 T. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
salt, to taste (1-2 tsp.)
sugar, to taste (1-2 T.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 350º for a few minutes. Melt butter and honey together in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the peanuts and cinnamon and stir to combine. Pour the peanuts into the air fryer basket and spread out into a single layer. If your basket is small you’ll want to cook in two batches so the peanuts aren’t overlapping too much. Cook the peanuts for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, being sure to shake the basket every few minutes to ensure the peanuts are cooked evenly. Pour the peanuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and spread out into a single layer. Leave to cool on the tray and salt on top to taste and mix to combine. Keep mixing the peanuts every few minutes as they cool to stop them sticking together, then serve or transfer to an airtight jar or container.
