Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Make mashed potatoes and set aside:
2 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp sour cream or soft cream cheese
1/2 Cup milk or cream
salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 lb ground lamb or ground beef
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 Cup beef broth or stock
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 tsp sweet paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil to hot pan with ground meat. Season with salt and pepper. Brown and crumble meat about 4 minutes. If much grease you might have to pour some drippings off. Add carrot, onion and cook with meat about 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce and butter. Pull meat to sides so liquid is in center. Stir flour into the liquid and thicken. Push meat around and coat everything. Add peas and corn (just add what you think you need).

Put into 2 quart casserole dish (9x12) that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Smooth mashed potatoes over the meat. I usually add some grated cheddar cheese to cover top. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes. You really don't need more than that if baking right away since everything is already cooked. HOWEVER - you can prepare everything ahead of time. Put in fridge and then bake for about 50 minutes until heated through. It's best to remove from fridge for about an hour before baking.
