4 large green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 (4 ounces) can of sliced mushrooms
1 bag of cooked rice
1 (28 ounces) jar of spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the tops of the peppers, do not toss the tops yet. 2. Cut around the stem and chop the pepper part into small pieces. 3. Remove the seeds from the peppers. 4. In a large frying pan brown ground beef, onion, mushrooms, and small chopped pepper from the stem. When browned, drain grease, add rice, and one-half of the sauce. 5. Heat, and stir till it is hot again, and it is mixed well. 6. Put filling in green peppers. 7. Cover the peppers with a tablespoon of sauce. Then, empty the rest into the crockpot. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. 8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the green peppers. Let the cheese melt on top.
