1 pound breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled

1 egg lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups Bisquick

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

grease on mini-muffin pan - set aside

In a large mixing bowl add all 4 ingredients - mix together

Take spoon and scoop out enough of the mix and fill your muffin tin.

Place in over for 10 minutes, remove and let cool 5 minutes before popping out each muffin.

Let cool completely before freezing.

If freezing whenever you are ready to enjoy, pop them out of the freezer and microwave for 30 seconds.
