3½ - 4 cups cauliflower florets (10 oz)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
1 Tbsp fresh thyme, roughly chopped
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, thyme, salt & red pepper. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat,
Place cauliflower on baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top. Serve immediately.
