1 tbsp softened butter
3-4 oz cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar (sometimes called confectioners sugar)
5 drops of food coloring
½ teaspoon oil of choice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar together with mixer.
2. Mix powdered sugar in by hand.
3. Tear off small pieces and roll in granulated or white sugar.
4. Press into molds.
5. To allow mints to set up, dry on a cookie sheet that is lined with wax paper, perhaps sprinkled with granulated sugar so it doesn't stick.
6. Let set for about 2 hours.
7. Transfer to an airtight freezer container and freeze for up to 3 months.
8. Thaw in the refrigerator the day before serving.

June, 2021 I am finally writing down a recipe for these mints. Momma used to make them for our graduations and weddings. It is a tradition that she started. I am now writing down the recipe before I make them with Pam Hill for Emma's graduation.
