1 pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
3 T lemon juice
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temp
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can chilled (can cream)
1 box Graham Crackers
½ c butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sugar and vanilla (mix in small bowl). Add Jello mixture. Fold whipped cream into Jello.

Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Melt butter and mix. Firmly pack ⅔ of mixture in bottom and sides of pan. Add filling on top of graham crackers and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours before serving.

Another of Syble Dulaney's recipes. The recipe card mentions she got it from Mama Peggy (Frye) the wife of Bobby Wayne Frye for whom Bobby Wayne Aucoin was named. Mr. Bobby Wayne Frye and 'Pap' (Clyde Dulaney) were good friends and served together during the war. This is the reason Darline and Ed named their son Bobby Wayne.

This recipe is similar to the Woolworth Icebox Cheesecake. A no bake cheesecake. Woolworth was a 5 and 10 cent store, the pre-runner of Walmart and Target. You could get a variety of things in that store all at a good price. Many Woolworth's had a lunch counter as well.

*Evaporated milk that has been chilled can whip up like cream. Chill the bowl and the beaters. (I suppose you could replace that with cool whip).
